ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION PROCESS

Admission is based on the submitted application, academic credentials, professional experience, and corporate nominations, where applicable.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation or post-graduation with a minimum of 50% marks
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience
  • Current employment as of the programme start date
  • Alignment with the programme’s focus on analytics, AI, and strategic decision-making

Screening and final selection will be conducted by IIM Calcutta.

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must:

  • Be a graduate with a minimum of 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation
  • Have at least 8 years of work experience
  • Be currently employed
  • Meet the eligibility requirements as of the programme start date, namely the Technical Orientation date
  • Complete the screening and selection process conducted by IIM Calcutta

Familiarity with high-school-level mathematics and an inclination towards analytical thinking will help participants engage effectively with the programme’s analytics and AI curriculum.

SCHEDULE AND DETAILS

Technical Orientation: 16 January 2027

The Academic Orientation, online class start date, and campus visit dates will be communicated separately.

Programme dates are subject to change in consultation with IIM Calcutta.

The programme is delivered over 9 months through a blended format combining in-person learning at IIM Calcutta with live online sessions.

The programme follows a blended delivery format comprising:

  • Live online sessions delivered through the TalentSprint platform
  • Three five-day campus visits at IIM Calcutta
  • Classroom lectures and interactive discussions
  • Real-world case studies
  • Group discussions and simulations
  • Guest sessions with industry experts
  • Applications of analytics and AI across business functions

The campus visits are mandatory and are designed for subjects requiring deeper face-to-face interaction and access to IIM Calcutta faculty and subject experts.

  • Participants are expected to attend the scheduled sessions and all mandatory campus visits.
  • Session recordings may be shared in accordance with IIM Calcutta’s applicable policy. Availability of recordings should not be assumed for every session, and participants are encouraged to attend the live sessions to benefit from faculty interaction, discussions, and collaborative learning.

Participants will be evaluated through examinations and other academic components determined by IIM Calcutta, which may include:

  • Written tests
  • Assignments
  • Online examinations
  • Course-level evaluations

Participants will receive course-wise grades of Excellent, Good, Fair, or Poor.

Participants receiving no more than two Poor grades will be eligible for a Certificate of Completion, subject to fulfilling all other programme requirements. Participants receiving more than two Poor grades will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Yes. You will need a laptop with:

  • Basic spreadsheet and presentation software

Study and reading materials will ordinarily be shared electronically through the programme’s learning platform.

The exact period of access to the learning platform and programme materials will be governed by the applicable programme and institute policies.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from IIM Calcutta titled:

Participants who successfully complete the programme will also receive IIM Calcutta Executive Education Alumni Status, subject to the institute’s applicable policies.

PROGRAMME FEE

The total programme fee is ₹6,00,000 plus applicable GST.

A separate non-refundable application fee of ₹2,500 plus applicable GST is payable at the time of application.

The programme fee covers the academic and campus visit components as specified by IIM Calcutta. Only the consolidated total programme fee should be presented in public-facing communication.

Yes. The programme fee can be paid in instalments according to the schedule communicated in the offer or selection letter.

The approved fee schedule and payment dates should be confirmed in the applicant’s offer letter before being published on the programme page. Applicable GST will be charged additionally.
